Other details

Two-facility model. Burlington, WI — consumer-ready packaging (stick packs, sachets, HFFS/VFFS, pre-made pouches, blending, seasoning line, automated popcorn popping, granola oven); no bulk bags. Fountain City, WI — bulk (25/50 lb bags, 1–5 lb pouches, RTE nuts, baking mixes). Typical flow: blend at Burlington → truck to F.C to fill → pickup at Fountain City. Retail expertise. Actively supplies club and mass retail. Club-ready: facility-wide peanut-free, 100% X-ray and or metal detection inspection, club-retailer SQF audit addendum. Willing to work with brands through the club regional-launch model (~50-store test → regional expansion on sell-through). Private-label experience with national mass retailers. Coming capability. Cracker line arriving end-2026, operational summer 2027. Does coconut-oil popcorn; no microwave popcorn in-house but can refer a partner. Certifications. SQF; USDA Organic (dual: OCIA + UAI); Kosher (OU); Non-GMO; Gluten-free. Halal in process (expected end-2026). Organic labeling requires ~12-week government approval. Quality team trained in HACCP and PCQI, with a Food Defense Coordinator on staff. Partnership approach. Near-turnkey via 3 vetted film-vendor partners (Dan Brohl's Associates; Packaging Partners; +1). Makes cost-saving vendor introductions (e.g. $0.10/box saved = ~$100k on 1M boxes). Extra onboarding time for startups.
